Thanks a lot all for a wonderful stay for our third visit. Our accommodation was set in a central location near to nightlife and the Santiago for fifteen years. Also, it was placed just 1 km from Sea Life Orlando Aquarium.

during my stay, I enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff and the convenient access to nearby attractions like the beautiful Moorten Botanical Garden and the lively VillageFest, made exploring Palm Springs easy.

Everything is what i need and want.

Our king room was decorated in the beautiful design. We had a safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. The location was stunning - next to the downtown shopping area and the San Jacinto mountains. Palm Springs Uptown district was worth staying in.

The unique daily lunch orders were a good surprise, and the welcoming atmosphere made it easy to connect with fellow guests. We loved the outdoor showers that added a refreshing touch to our stay.

The rooms they offer were spotless and large with complimentary snacks and flowers, for example.

A good stay with surprises

Santiago Resort is a hidden gem, where each morning we relished tasty breakfasts overlooking the fine landscaping. Always ensuring we were comfortable.

Our only hiccup was a sliding bathroom door that lacked privacy, a bit awkward. A few minor issues like low water pressure did detract slightly from our experience.

The sliding bathroom doors leave gaps and provide little sound isolation, which might. Water pressure in the showers occasionally falters, and there were minor issues like a wonky door lock that could use attention.
