Thanks a lot all for a wonderful stay for our third visit. Our accommodation was set in a central location near to nightlife and the Santiago for fifteen years. Also, it was placed just 1 km from Sea Life Orlando Aquarium.

It was a fabulous hotel in a lovely area, short walk to downtown, local bars and restaurants and the downtown shopping area and the Desert. We booked an impressive double room with a free continental breakfast. A walk-in shower in the outdoor bathroom was a plus...
Everything is what i need and want.

Our king room was decorated in the beautiful design. We had a safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. The location was stunning - next to the downtown shopping area and the San Jacinto mountains. Palm Springs Uptown district was worth staying in.

A good stay with surprises
Santiago Resort is a hidden gem, where each morning we relished tasty breakfasts overlooking the fine landscaping. Always ensuring we were comfortable.
Our only hiccup was a sliding bathroom door that lacked privacy, a bit awkward. A few minor issues like low water pressure did detract slightly from our experience.

Really good staff who bring popsicles at the pool! Delicious meals included. Beautiful landscaping complements the spacious layout.

The outdoor space is set up perfectly, focusing on a serene reflecting pool surrounded by lush landscaping. The utility room offers a constant supply of snacks and beverages. A complimentary breakfast that keeps you fueled without needing to leave the area during the sweltering heat.
The sliding bathroom doors leave gaps and provide little sound isolation, which might. Water pressure in the showers occasionally falters, and there were minor issues like a wonky door lock that could use attention.

My partner and I recently had a long weekend at Santiago Resort and cherished our stay. The King Suite Ground Floor Men Only was spacious and impeccably clean, with a cozy lounging area, made it perfect for relaxation. The vibrant landscaping surrounding the pool was fine and provided a serene vibe where we could unwind. We loved the thoughtful cantina with complimentary snacks and refreshing cucumber-infused water throughout the day. Each morning, the included breakfast was delicious, providing just the right kickstart for our fun days by the pool.
The sliding bathroom door had gaps, which affected privacy a bit.

The King Suite Ground Floor Men Only room offered great space and comfort. Cleanliness stood out, and the service was excellent. The outdoor spaces, including the garden furniture and landscaping, created a relaxing vibe. Breakfast and lunch included good options, though variety could be limited for longer stays. Room service was handy, but the sliding bathroom door had gaps, affecting privacy a bit. Water pressure in the shower was low, disappointing. The amenities were enjoyable, and the staff really put in the effort with snacks at the pool. Nonetheless, a few improvements in room fittings would elevate the experience even more.
